Soup CSA - Session 1 - January 7 through February 11
The Soup CSA began deliveries on Tuesday, January 7th and will run 6 consecutive Tuesdays. You can also purchase a 1-week trial on any week. Below are the soups that are planned for each week. Soups may vary based on the farm ingredients that are sourced each week. Therefore, the soup selection below may change.
Week 1 - January 7, 2020
Tomato - sautéed onions, tomatoes, veggie broth, basil, oregano, salt, pepper
Butternut Squash - sautéed onions, butternut squash, veggie broth, seasoning
Escarole & White Bean - sauteed onions & garlic, veggie broth, tomatoes, celery, carrots, escarole, white bean, seasoning
Week 2 - January 14, 2020
Carrot Dill - onions, carrots, veggie broth, dill, seasoning
Potato Leek - potatoes, leeks, veggie broth, seasoning
White Bean Chard - sautéed onions, veggie broth, tomato, celery, carrots, white beans, red & white Swiss chard, seasoning
Week 3 - January 21, 2020
Sweet Potato - Onions, Sweet Potatoes, Veggie broth, Seasoning.
Cabbage - Cabbage, carrots, onions, celery, tomatoes, veggie broth, seasoning.
Lentil Kale - Onions, carrots, celery, veggie broth, lentils, kale, seasoning.
